Jim Caudill is Representative Director, President and CEO of D&M Holdings. Jim comes to D&M following a successful 20 year career at Black & Decker in which he led a number of global businesses, most recently as Group President of The Black & Decker Corporation's Hardware and Home Improvement Division, a $1.0B global business. During his time as Group President of the Hardware and Home Improvement Division, Jim was widely recognized for transforming the business through product innovation and geographic expansion and for reinvigorating some of the premier brands in the hardware industry, including Kwikset, Price Pfister and Baldwin Hardware. Prior to that role he served as Vice President and General Manager, Industrial Accessory Division, as Vice President, Professional Accessories, and as Director of Marketing for Asia Pacific. Jim began his career in sales and held a number of marketing assignments, including product, brand and channel marketing, before being named a General Manager in 2001.
Caudill is based at D&M North America headquarters in Mahwah, New Jersey. He earned an MBA from Loyola College, and a BSBA degree from The Ohio State University. He recently served on the Board of Directors of Children's Hospital of Orange County.
