Chairman of the Board, Representative Executive Officer and CEO
Mr. Evans joined D&M Holdings in April 2006 as co-chief executive officer. He was later elected chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Evans previously served as president and chief operating officer of Diebold Inc., a $2.6 billion global technology product and services company. Prior to joining Diebold, Mr. Evans was a group vice president in the climate technologies area of Emerson, an industrial technology and engineering leader. At Emerson, Mr. Evans also served in a variety of other senior executive roles, including president of international operations and chief financial officer of the Copeland Division. Before joining Emerson, Mr. Evans worked in strategic consulting, initially with Bain & Co., then in his own practice. Mr. Evans, who speaks Japanese, is also an industrial partner of Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a New York-based private equity company
operating in Japan through RHJ International. He is a JD/MBA graduate of the Harvard Business and Law Schools and has a bachelor's degree in East Asian studies from Harvard College.
Mr. Evans is married with four children.
