D&M Holdings Inc. To Be Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange

TOKYO-August 21, 2006 -D&M Holdings Inc. (TSE II: 6735) today announced that the company will be listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE I) as of September 1, 2006. D&M Holdings is making the move from the second section of the TSE to the first section of the TSE following a rigorous approval process. The first section of the TSE is considered Japan's top stock exchange for large successful companies.

D&M Holdings owns the Denon, Marantz, McIntosh Laboratory, Boston Acoustics®, Snell Acoustics, D&M Professional, Denon DJ, ReplayTV® and Escient® brands.
