D&M Holdings Appoints Former BOSE Executive as Vice President, Automotive OEM Sales, Japan

Tokyo, Japan, October 9, 2007 -- D&M Holdings Inc. (TSE 1:6735) announced today automotive sound system expert Kunito Okamura has been appointed Vice President, Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Sales, Japan. In this new position, Mr. Okamura will play a key strategic role in expanding the Company's Automotive OEM business for Japanese auto manufacturers in Japan. The Branded Automotive OEM business is one of the areas D&M is targeting in its growth strategy.

Mr. Okamura joined D&M Holdings as General Manager of Global Service to strengthen D&M's customer service two years ago and has made a remarkable contribution. Prior to D&M, Mr. Okamura served as Managing Director for BOSE International K.K. , an automotive audio OEM manufacturer and the Vice President for, BOSE K.K. , a consumer and commercial audio manufacturer. Mr. Okamura headed successful projects and won contracts with Japanese major auto manufacturers during his eight-year tenure. Before joining BOSE, he was engaged in product development and product planning at Hitachi and Thomson Consumer Electronics.

Current OEM customers are mainly in Europe and the United States, and D&M is targeting to expand its customer base in Asia Pacific.
